mlgaskill Can you send me an offer for the 2nd one to be shipped together with the one I already ordered and include the bulk discount? I tried a few times to order two and couldn’t figure out how to do it. I think maybe you need to list each one separate or send out a private offer for each additional placemat.

mlgaskill @yeshuda I think you’ve overcharged me about $5.00. I was charged postage twice. Can you refund me the $5.00? I calculate I should’ve paid approximately $34.61 for bundle with 10% off. I was charged $40.26 to my credit card (split between two different charges). Let me know if you’re able to issue this refund (which effectively works out to the second shipping fee).

yeshuda @mlgaskill You were charged twice because you have 2 different orders of the same item, and I shipped 2 different boxes as order. gave you a discount on the second one on shipping (which I had to pay) plus a discount. You did not have a bundle!

mlgaskill @yeshuda I don’t understand why this isn’t marked as a bundle & why they were shipped separately? From the start I stated I wanted 2 placemats shipped together. Doesn’t make sense to ship 2 packages of same item to same person ordered on the same day. I’ll pay & quit grumbling, as I have better things to do with my time, but I think you need to think thru your process & communication a bit more to save people money. Others may not be too happy to be overcharged & walk away like I am.

mlgaskill @yeshuda And other sellers frequently offer discounted shipping. I hardly think you are a unique case here and not sure why you had to mention that at all. Thank you for the placemats and attempts to communicate with me in the comment section, but I’ll decline purchasing anything else from your shop in the future.

yeshuda @mlgaskill 1st,you may had wanted a bundle, but you did not bundled. You placed two different orders. I have no control of what you do on your end, so Poshmark created two labels, if I ship both items with one label, they will assume that i did not ship the second order, and I will not get pay. 2nd The offer of discount was there if you had taken advantage of the bundle,and would got to pay for one shipping instead of two. Why is that my fault?

mlgaskill @yeshuda I certainly did try and bundle those items. I repeatedly tried to do that. That’s why I was communicating with you from the start to send me an offer. You initiate the transaction as two items bundled together with one package shipped. They way you have these placemats listed you cannot bundle together.

mlgaskill @yeshuda And use your common sense. I asked you to ship the placemats together. I told you I was having difficulty putting the two orders together the way you listed them. I simultaneously placed two orders and asked for your help and combined shipping. How am I, as a non-Poshmark seller, supposed to understand the rules and requirements? That’s your job.

mlgaskill @yeshuda And who on earth would order two placemats, from say Amazon, and ask for them shipped together then Amazon ignores that request and ships them separately? And then doesn’t offer to make it right. I’m not every asking you to make this right at this point. I’m just waiting for you to apologize for your part in this mix-up. I admitted early on I was having difficulty combining this order.

mlgaskill @yeshuda You seem to be impervious to any fault on your side. I’m sorry. Your attitude and tone have rubbed me the wrong way. If you’d have admitted you are partially at fault here, I wouldn’t have felt a need to lodge a complaint with Poshmark. YOU could have prevented that with a bit of humility and good customer service.

If you didn’t know how to help me bundle the order together like I repeatedly asked, I’m assuming you, as a seller, could have asked for assistance from Poshmark to help you cancel a label? We, as buyers, don’t have that luxury. We do, however, have the opportunity to speak up and complain when sellers give bad service. I have taken advantage of that opportunity.

I'm not her nany, nor I forced her to order from me. When she asked for a discount on the second product, I gave it to her. I clarify to her why I had to ship separately, and instead of understanding, she decided to spam my page with ridiculous comments. Please, don't be this person.
