Handmade Embroidered Steampunk Victorian Skirt

Handmade maxi skirt, fabric is ared linen type of fabric with ribbon embroidery. The bottom layer of the skirt has handdyed off white and orange-rust colored lace. Skirt has side zipper with hook and eye closure. White elastic waist band,, but does not have stretch unless you remove seam binding.Fits like a medium about a 30 inch waist.
