Handmade Dress from Eskell in Chicago

A silky, turquoise patterned dress with a cotton belt and halter and fabric inlayed buttons. So cute! I've love this dress for a long time but have only worn it a handful of times. Can be worn without a bra! The thicker cotton fabric covers any potential nipple action and the cut is just high enough that you don't have to worry about being exposed when you bend over.
