hehutsell @ttruongggg Hi! These are not sheer. They are fairly opaque, though if you wear something dark under them, it will probably show through a little. Yes, the measurements are taken with the garment lying flat, so you just double the number to get the full measurement. While the waist can go up to about 43", I don't think they'd be comfortable past about 38". This measurement is the same for the hips, so if your hip measurement is over about 40", they might fit a little snug. There's NO stretch.
