@laurgreen these are not sterling they are rhodium, nickel and lead free. I don't do gold tone anymore. I discontinued that line due to the very low demand for it.

@laurgreen if you take care of it and polish the bangle with a polishing cloth no it doesn't. I've had mine for over a year with my kids birthstones on it and it still looks brand new like the day I made it.
