Handmade Belle Costume - Disney Princess - Blue Dress

This is technically unfinished; it doesn't have a zipper and it needs some minor work on the inner seams but I just never intend on wearing it again so I'm looking to pass it on. This comes with the dress - blue, about a size 4 - and a little cheap hand made apron to go with.
