Handmade 1970s Festival Prairie Floral Dress xxs

This dress is what vintage dreams are made of. The perfect corset style top, peplum at waist and a full long prairie skirt with lace detail. I believe the dress was handmade in the 1970s in the good old USA. Labels are at this point illegible from age. There is one very small stain on a shoulder strap. And another stain on the skirt, but neither take away from the beauty of this dress. The under arm length flat measures at 15.5” and this is with the corset tied up tight. The waist measures at 12.5” and again this is with the corset fastened at the front. The length is 43” from waist hem. This is true vintage and has been worn and loved- it’s over 50 years old! Please understand that it is delicate and is not in New with tags condition. I’ve done my best to launder and treat the dress and notate any flaws. Please ask questions!
