Bodice 22” relaxed at top. Bodice length 8”. Longest skirt panel 23.5”. Purchased in Barcelona at a market. Daughter wore as a dress and skirt from size 6 through junior small . Super cute and versatile .great twirl effect. Double layer skirt / smocked bodice. No stains excellent condition. Overall center front length is 30”. Strap or bow at center front is functional. No tags.
