Handkerchief Hem Skirt

This Handkerchief Hem skirt is new with the tags. It is by Intro and is made of Lyocell. It is marked as a size small but has a comfort waist band so can also fit a size medium. Handkerchief hems have been used in skirt hems for centuries to add a flattering drape - especially over the hips. They appeared in Parisian fashions in the 1910’s, 1920’s and 1930’s.
