Handkerchief Flower Dress

I wish this still fit and I could model it on because the way it lays on the body is so flattering! It reminds me of a Carrie Bradshaw outfit. I bought it from Forever 21 10+ years ago and wore it maybe twice. Zips on the size. Size XS, waist measures approx. 13.5”
