Handkerchief Bottom Dress

Top of dress is gathered on both sides - giving the top a swimsuit feel. Sewn in bra cups. Top crosses over then rest of the front has double spandex cloth to the waist. The black polyester with 8% spandex hangs over the natural waist. Straps 1" wide. The bottom is a shiny 100% polyester material in a square shape that hangs in a handkerchief shape. Colors: burgundy red, black, tan, ivory. Hand wash cold; line dry; cool iron if needed. Waist to front hem is 21". Waist from side hem is 33".
