This is one of the original versions of The Handbag Raincoat. The way it is used is that you undo the Velcro opening and slip it over the handles of your handbag or purse. The cover protects your bag from the rain. The Velcro opening adjusts to different sizes. Used only a few times. In good condition. The pouch may be yellowing slightly. Not sure if the original color.

anitamorgan410 @lillylafay -yes. I read it in a review. The black Velcro area faded onto the handles. It probably wouldn’t be a problem since I always have an umbrella in my car. I just would like extra measures of rain protection for my 3 high end bags. Thank you for responding.
