Absolutely adorable! I bought this last year and it got lost in the massive amount of clothing we have and it was never worn, I think I bought it from this site, it looks next to new I see no issues at all! Sweet yellow stripe cotton fabric bottoms have a sweet ruffle and Ric-rac as does the top, top has beautiful hand smocked mermaids and seaweed with sand dollars. This is by sage & lilly brand!
