Hand painted by artist sweatshirt top

This is gorgeous! Beautiful one of a kind design that is actually unisex in my opinion. Black background with details in silver paint and bleach. It is truly one of a kind. Fleece lined, so technically a sweatshirt but it would look amazing with a frilly skirt as well. I also have some junior Doc Martens in my closet here on Poshmark that would look adorable with it.
