Hand painted Grinch Outfit Med shirt and Rue21 5/6 skinny jeans 29” inseam

This Grinch Christmas outfit is hand painted with washable fabric paint. Machine washable (inside out) on lower heat to dry. Both are washed before painted. It allows for shrinkage before painted. Shirt is a medium thin material. The jeans are Rue21 brand 5/6 reg midrise skinny. Measurements are in the photos.
