Hand made tie dye dress

I bought this dress while I was in Vietnam. Hoi Ann is a city known for its many seamstresses and I bought it from a local woman who made it at her shop. Super fun and flowy, it makes the perfect beach cover up. I’m not sure I want to sell it now that I tried it on after all this time I’m in love again 😂
