hookandcrow @ilikepopcorn hi 👋 I added photos w measurements. Hip is about 17. Gradually flares out more the lower you measure. Thanks for looking and please let me know if you have any other questions.

hookandcrow @ilikepopcorn correct, this is a poly type fabric with no stretch. Waistband is sturdy and 2 layers of fabric, body of shorts is unlined.
