Hand knit light blue long sleeve sweater M

Light sky blue cable knit long sleeved sweater in size medium approx size 10. No tags, likely hand made custom. No front fasteners, no pockets, no belt loops. Matching belt is no longer matching as I accidentally washed the belt with my other items. Approx 18" across at armpits. No obvious flaw or damage.
