Hand embroidered silk cover up

Found in a thrift store a while back, fell in love with the hand made edge detail but never fit me properly. Medium size. Flowy design, 2 front pockets. Hand made, no tag, feels like a light rough silk? A beautiful piece, just hanging in my closet ready to be worn. Has a mark on the back as shown. Never bothered me, was there when I got it.
