Hand embroidered dress with belt

Beautiful white and teal (or bluish green) hand embroidered dress with belt included. There is a picture with me wearing it. It’s not the best pic but for reference I’m 5’8 and about 170 lbs. You’ll definitely need a slip underneath! It is very delicate. Size L/XL. As pictured, there is a small purplish stain on the back bottom left. Take a look and see what you think. Only worn once for about 4 hours and has been hand washed. Non smoking home. Bought from Etsy for $73 but selling for $40 because of the stain on the back. Thank you!
