Hand crafted ornament

This is an egg that has been blown out, dried & sealed. Then hand painted The Capital in Washington D.C. I purchased this around 23 years ago. There is no damage to the egg or the painting, it is in EXCELLENT CONDITION. It is a beautiful piece, very unique and delicate.
