Hand carved sterling Italian cameo necklace

this is a solid sterling silver and hand carved beautiful Italian made cameo pendant/ pin . this is absolutely perfectly carved and it is also an antique from around 1900. this is engraved on the back but you can not see it while being worn obviously. we purchased this at a estate sale with other antique jewelery and the husband purchased it in Italy in 1952 and was told it was an antique then.
