Hand Painted American Flag Shorts

Hand painted shorts, stars and stripes back pockets and full flag on front of left leg. Used, there are some older paint splatters but not really notcible. They also have an adjustible band on the inside that stretches and has different notches like a belt. They say size 14 but they're not maternity shorts. They're more sizes 5 or 4 and smaller with the elastic band.
