Hand Embellished Open Toe Heels

Inspired by an extraordinarily expensive pair of designer heels, I took these FOREVER 21 heels and embellished them in iridescent rhinestones. Worn only once to a New Years Eve party to ring in 2017, these shoes have been sitting in my closet ever since. For size reference, I normally wear a 6.5 and these fit me just fine. Heels are 4" tall.
