Vintage (NEW) Halloween tray cover has a fringed edge and a hand cross stitched pumpkin, black cat and pumpkin leaf. It measures approx. 12 3/4" x 18 3/4". It comes with four matching napkins measuring approx. 8" square. The photo only shows 2 napkins, but you will receive 4. This is new old stock from a closed retail business. It is in excellent like new condition. Made in the Philippines. Any brightness/discoloration in photos is just from lighting.
