Very flexible/adjustable for different body types. The adjustable drawstring skirt waist is 42” at it’s largest, again very flexible for different body types. It is a light off white color It is 100% Cotton and size Small-Medium. Machine washable gentle cycle, on cold. To dry, lay flat.
