A patriotic symbol, the American flag crafted into a beautiful handmade afghan. All 50 knitted stars are hand sewed onto the Afghan. Beautiful red, white, and blue, with the gold border around the flag. The gold trim around the boarder was officially added to the flag in 1895 to designate an honorable enrichment as a military tradition. The golden boarder is not typically used for Civilian use.
