Double sided Earrings. 4 mm Siam and 4 mm Lt Sapphire Crystal on backside & has a swivel for movement to be able to turn to see backside with movement of head. Held together with chainmaille, with basic Silver Ear Wire Hooks. Dangles about an inch from bottom of ear. Beautiful to wear for any Occasion.
