Hand Crafted Metal Belt

Do not too much info on this. Most of the metal pieces have the same saying on each. I looked up the saying and have included it. I was told by the maker of this piece, was all hand forged connection pieces. This was used as Cosplay Jewelry. See measurements in pics..
