Design looks like a mountain range, in sea blue green and cream colors. It is about 4.5 inches tall and in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Doesn't look like it was used. Signature looks like MW or WM - probably attributable to Texas pottery artist Marian Williams (looks like her pottery mark).
