Hand Crafted Clay Ethnic Mom and Child Piggy Back A very unique piece. This Korean mom is wearing a traditional dress called a hanbok. She is carrying her son on her back, which is also traditional in this culture although usually done with the help of a cloth wrap called a Podaegi. Both have looks of surprise on their faces. Figurine is hand-painted imperfectly, which adds to its charm. (see pics) Interior is hollow, almost as if sculpted around a cone. I love the orange and green colors and folk style of this piece.
