Hand Blown decanter with stopper

Hand Blown decanter with cobalt blue base and handle. It has a stopper but it is not an original to it. It was made without stopper. The stopper that I am including is more clear than the glass decanter but it fits well. Approximately 8” tall No damage, cracks, chip or flea bites
