Hand Blown/ Hand Painted Glass Decanter With Handle, Blue

The blue glass tapered decanter has a hand painted floral design. Fine gilt lines also decorate the decanter. The top opening is ruffled. There are beautiful vertical glass sections in the glass that make it glimmer. The base has a large, smooth pontil mark with a small rough spot.
