Hampton Dress Co Vintage little black party dress

This one is old and in great shape. This tiny shift dress is 32” at the chest and 34” around hip (no tapering in at waist) and 29”. The tag on the dress says 14, but I’m going by current sizing and calling it a 2. Sequins on the neckline and double decker skinny, swingy fringe on the bottom.
