Halter style front zipper dress NWT

This dress I bought from DHS dress and never wore. Now it's too small for me. The size is small with 95% cotton and 5% spandex. The tag says the color is beige but it's more like a light yellow to me. The tag also calls the dress a cocktail mini dress. The dress has a cargo pocket safari-like look to it. The fabric is nice and thick and there is intricate embroidery in the fabric. Not sure what the design is. Please see closeup pic 3. Very very cute dress. Necklace and pendant not included.
