Halter scarf top

Very cute halter scarf top with nice print and chain linked closure. Brand new & never worn. I so wish I could keep it, but the way my chest is set up (😂) I just can’t find an accommodating undergarment that will work for me and this top at the same time. Reasonable offers welcome.
