Halter satin top with tie

Bought it as a long top but it can be worn as a mini dress (its length is around the mid thigh). Has a satin feel and an elastic band on the back. It's made of 95% polyester and 5% lycra. I think it can be worn by a size 4-6 or Small-Med, although labeled as S.
