Halter neck Dress Artsy Print Multi-color

Like new condition- worn once!!! Behind neck hook/button closure with keyhole back. So many beautiful colors to go with so many different items! I would consider the dark spots a deep navy, rather than black. Not see through or too thin of fabric! Chest 18” across Length 34”
