Halter mini dress in pink and blue pinstripes

Adorable halter mini dress in pink and blue pinstripes in old school ‘Osh Kosh B’gosh’ overallls material. Kimchee Blue - size 2 Worn once. There is some silicone (?) sticky material along the top so it doesn’t slide down.
