Halter, jeweled-neck dress

“Black” brand dress - Red (pinkish undertone. not a deep red color.) - Fitted at top and loose at bottom - One red jewel at top left is faded but can probably be colored in (you can’t tell from far away)... - worn as cocktail and dressed down as well. (More pics avail upon request)
