Halter high-low dress, size 1

Super pretty dark blue with pink floral print high-low dress with a flattering shape. This dress is great for parties or a wedding. The bodice is nicely fitted with a fuller skirt. Skirt is lined and has a touch of crinoline to fill out the shape. My mannequin's bust is too large to be able to zip the back all the way up. Worn once and professionally dry cleaned.
