@heybusterrr - sorry for the delay! was on vacation. the dress is 12.5inches at the narrowest part of the waist. I took a quick pic. in the process I noticed a few stain spots for the first time. I also included a close up. I did not try to get the spotting out of the garment.

@heybusterrr also, the drop of the dress from the narrowest waist is 18.5 inches. added a video to assist.
