Halter Tie Summer Dress

Perfect to dress up or down for summer! This is a halter dress (the pink straps are only to help keep it on the hanger) that falls around or just below the knee when on. Only wore once to a friends graduation a few years ago. Still love it, but the cup area is unfortunately too small for me at this point. *please note, there is NO padding in the chest area - the entire dress is the same cotton-like material*
