Halter Floral Midi Dress with Handkerchief Hem

Great condition. Worn twice. My favorite thing about this dress is that is flows so elegantly when you walk or twirl! Dress is lined to knee length, and the hem of the skirt is ‘handkerchief style’. The waist is elastic and has a non adjustable ribbon attachment, ie pulling the strings tighter won’t adjust the waist size. The elastic waist is simply just that.
