Halter Embroidered/Sequined Gypsy Dress

Pretty halter Gypsy style dress is bright yellow on top, green in the middle & black on the bottom. Lots of pretty details, including yellow sequins, embroidery & lace. Ties at the neck & waist & has elastic smocked back. Perfect for a summer festival or party, a cruise, or even a beach cover-up. Size is "free size", but I would say it would best fit small to medium. Never worn. NWOT
