Halston blue strapless dress with slit PROM

I wore this dress to my senior prom last year, as now it is too big on me, which is why I am selling. I love everything about this dress and it will always have a special place in my heart! I’m 5’6 and I wore this dress with 4 inch heels, and it hit not all the way to the floor but about an inch and a half off.
