Halston Heritage's Liana sleeveless plisse dress features a square neck, fitted bodice and sparkling sequin embroidery. Brand new, unworn, without tags. I never went to the event I purchased this dress for so never actually wore it. But it's gorgeous so hopefully someone can take it for a spin!
