Halston Heritage striped off-the-shoulder cocktail dress

Beautiful Halston Heritage size 2 dress purchased from the flagship store in Soho, Manhattan. Very unique, almost preppy pleated accents. It is striped black but could be mistaken for navy (it would look fine with navy heels.) Worn one time for a wedding reception in Mykonos. Dry cleaned and in perfect condition.
