Halston Heritage poppy red cocktail dress

Beautiful pinkish red color dress that can be converted to wear multiple ways. It can be strapless, off the shoulder, or higher along the neckline. The back can be worn low but also has a string that can be tied for less exposure. It was worn one time for a wedding in Mykonos and a gala in the Hamptons and then dry cleaned. The dry cleaner left two tiny snags - see video. Size small but it is a loose fitting look that could easily fit a Medium.
