Stunning, long royal blue dress by Halston Heritage with golden disks sew on. Dress is one shoulder with a long, open sleeve design. Worn once but in great condition. 8% elastane makes this piece super stretchy, soft, and comfortable. Elastic waist creates the perfect billow.
